BearPaws is built to be read, not to harvest your data. Most of the site — currency scores, pair correlation, news, and the economic calendar — is served as static pages you can browse without an account. We collect three kinds of information:

• Usage analytics. Pages you view, how you arrived, approximate location (derived from your IP, not stored as a precise coordinate), device type, and browser. This is aggregate behavioral data, not personal identity.
• Advertising cookies. If you consent, our advertising partners set cookies to measure ad performance and limit how often you see the same ad. Ads appear only on our public market pages, never inside the logged-in terminal.
• Information you give us. If you contact us or create an account, we store what you send — such as your email address and any message content.

We do not collect brokerage credentials, trading account numbers, or payment card details on this site.

We use the information above only to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the site and its data quality.
• Understand which content is useful so we can prioritize what to build next.
• Serve and measure advertising that keeps the public site free.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Our public pages are supported by advertising, currently served through Google AdSense and its partners. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

BearPaws is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
