BearPaws provides market data, currency-strength scores, pair correlation, sentiment readings, institutional positioning, news, and an economic calendar for forex and metals — for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Our scores and metrics are analytical tools with a weeks-to-months horizon; they are not predictions and not entry or exit signals. See our full disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our data comes from third-party providers and is normalized on a schedule, so it may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any score or figure is correct or current. Verify anything you rely on against a primary source before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearPaws and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site or its data except through any interface we expressly provide for that purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data or content as your own product.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other users' data.

The Site's design, scoring methodology, text, and original analysis are owned by BearPaws and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers. You may view and reference our content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.

The Site contains advertising and links to third-party sites and data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Following a link or interacting with an ad is at your own risk and may be governed by that third party's own terms.

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
