Editorial Policy
This page explains how BearPaws creates, reviews, corrects, and separates informational market context from financial advice.
What we publish
BearPaws publishes market context for forex and metals traders. Our goal is to explain what the data says, not to tell readers what to trade. We publish currency strength scores, pair context, market bias, COT positioning summaries, economic calendar context, news impact scoring, educational explainers, and market recaps.
Data sources
Our analysis is based on public and third-party market data, including official statistics agencies, FRED, CFTC Commitments of Traders data, economic calendar providers, market data feeds, and major financial news sources. The scoring process is described in our methodology.
Human review and AI use
AI tools may assist with summarization, news classification, and first drafts. AI is a workflow tool, not an authority. Published editorial content is reviewed for clarity, data consistency, and compliance with BearPaws' informational-only standard before it appears on the site.
No financial advice
BearPaws does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. We do not provide personalized recommendations, account management, broker services, or instructions to buy or sell any instrument. All market reads are general educational context. See our risk disclaimer for the full disclosure.
Corrections
If we identify an error in a score, article, data point, or source interpretation, we update the relevant page as soon as practical. Readers can report issues at support@bearpaws.io.
Independence
BearPaws is not a broker and does not receive compensation based on whether readers trade. Our content is not influenced by broker commissions, order flow, or trading activity.
Advertising
BearPaws may display ads on public pages. Ads do not influence our scoring methodology, market reads, editorial coverage, or conclusions.
